Who We Are

Faith Bridge exists to serve as a total support system for foster/adoptive/kinship families and children/youth whose lives have been affected by foster care. Our mission is two-fold:  to support and care for families and continually encourage their success as they fulfill the needs of children in their care; and to meet the immediate, tangible needs of children and youth to help them feel safe, valued, and seen. We operate a free store where families can shop for children's clothing, shoes, furniture, bedding, hygiene items, suitcases, backpacks and school supplies, baby items, diapers, and other necessities for children in their home. Faith Bridge also provides free household essentials for older youth who age out of the foster care system and move into their own apartment. Through community partnerships, these older youth are able to participate in our Co-Pilot mentoring program, support groups, job training, life skills classes, and college-level tutoring.
